A delegation from the United States has held talks with Russian officials about the future of the Adoption of Russian children by American parents. Adoption was halted after a series of unfortunate events that resulted in Russian children being abused by American parents, the icing on the cake was when an 8-year old boy was sent back to Russia alone by his adoptive American mother.

Russia’s foreign minister wants a freeze of all Adoptions to the United States today after a young boy was abandoned and was sent back to Russia. Russia says the United States will have to look at its adoption regulations in order for American families to adopt Russian children again. Chuck Johnson says that there is now an investigation into the family from Tennessee.
