I am only sixteen and i already know that i want to adopt one day, either international or from here in the US. when i talked about it with my mom, she acted like she hated the idea, she doesnt understand. I know that it is what God has put on my heart to do, and I cant wait. How do i deal with her negative comments…she just doesnt seem to get it and it hurts my feelings because i wonder how she will react when i actually do adopt…? any advice?
