Sananda 12:12 Guided Meditation

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

“Please use this meditation as often as you like.
Begin by taking some clearing breaths.
Feel yourself begin to relax.

We call together All the Beings of Light as we embark on this journey.

Please close your eyes and feel the third eye, between your brows, open up. Imagine a multi-petalled lotus blossom opening up and up and up. Go deeper into the center of the flower and as each petal blossoms see light flowing out of the petals.

Now feel your crown chakra opening at the top of your head. Feel the crown dilating and the crown opens wide. It is as a launch pad to the dimension of formless form.

When you see inside the open crown there is a SpaceCraft waiting for you and beyond that is
the blinding light of the antimatter Universe.

We are leaving our Earth bodies behind, just for a very short time and we are safely flying together
in this craft past the 13th Gateway from Matter to Antimatter.

As we enter this space we see light and more light. We zoom up up up through the dimensions and we come to a Pyramid Temple. The sunlight here is very bright and feels warm and pleasant. We now walk inside the Pyramid.

When we go inside we see we are standing on a crystal which is made of light. There are rainbow light colors reflecting off this crystal in the floor and projecting rainbow colored rays on the walls of the pyramid inside. We are all standing there and smiling, enjoying the beautiful light and some notice the gentle angel song.

Now look up into the apex of the Pyramid Temple and you see there is another crystal which is the capstone of the pyramid. This crystal which is made of light has many facets and there is sunlight pouring through the capstone onto the floor. There is brilliant bright sunlight flooding this place and connecting with the rainbow light which is in the floor.

We all bask in this light together.

This Pyramid Temple is a portal of Creation. We come here together to amplify the 12:12 StarGate Love Portal of light and love sent to Earth now.

We begin by Welcoming Mother Sekhmet to join with us here. She has requested we join here now, so any who desire this, may have a Healing Session with her. All you must do is ask and allow. She will facilitate this healing for you.

Feel Mother Sekhmet reach down into your core. She can do this for everyone at once. See her paw reaching deep deep down inside of you and taking hold of your core fear. As she holds it, she finds the very origin of it and cuts it out and removes it. She lovingly releases your core fear to the void beyond the void and it returns to Source. Your Core Fear is now gone. It is dissolved and you are free to become a new you. When we leave this place, you are free and you need not carry that with you anymore. Thank you Mother Sekhmet, We Love You. She wrinkles her nose, smiling and Blessing us each One.

As we breath in and relax deeper now, we join our thoughts together. There is love flowing from one heart to the next and on out back to Earth. We breath in love into the three fold flame of our heart. With this we feel a new reverence for all life in the trifold flame of our solar heart.

With deep gratitude we join with St Germain, Sanat Kumara, Ashtar, and their Twin Flames, and all the Kumaras, as we experience the violet flame going out over all of Earth. We now experience the Oneness with All That Is and we become Love and we attract to ourselves and into our Lives and
the life of every living Being Love, Wisdom, Bliss, Abundance, Enlightenment, Eternal Peace, Harmony, Balance, and Joy.

We carry these attributes and with them we find our Own Path on the Master Plan. With these attributes we Co-Create a Consensus Reality of Terra Nova.

Mother Sekhmet is here with us now. From her is flowing the Divine Love from Mother God.
It is flowing freely to each one of us. As we reach up and stretch to greater service we grasp higher the majestic force of Love flowing from her and into our lives. We embrace this sacred knowledge and we ask she teach us how to share this love in service to each other.

It is with this Love we Co-Create a New World together. We Create, here in this sacred place, with all our Brothers and Sisters of Light, and in all the hearts of humanity, Peace, Awakening, Empowerment, Unity, and More Love.

We join together to return to Earth. We are healed, restored, balanced and ready to move forward in Love. When we return from the place we left we return to see All of Earth is flooded with Light and Flooded With Love. She is new and we now remember our true identity and we love being on Terra Nova together. With our solar heart flames blazing we go forward with Divine Gratitude for what we have accomplished together.

And So It IS, Now.

Mercedes Benz E Class Cabriolet HQ

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Mercedes Benz E Class Cabriolet HQ
Song: Jay-Z Ft. Rihanna Kanye West – Run This Town Instrumental
Enjoy & Comment!

The fourth member of the E-class family will be unveiled at next months Detroit motor show, when this cabriolet is revealed.

The new E-class cabriolet indirectly replaces the CLK cabriolet in Mercedes range, although, like its coupé sibling, it will be around five per cent cheaper than the CLK was. That should mean prices will start at around £32,000.

The cabriolet shares the same dimensions as the coupé — its 4698mm long and 1786mm wide — but because of the roof, it is slightly taller, at 1402mm high.

Mercedes has managed to reduce the cars weight compared with the CLK cabriolets, and it sticks with a fabric roof. Overall kerb weights start at 1645kg for the 250 CGI petrol model; thats 30kg less than the CLK but 70kg heavier than the E-class coupé.

The roof folds in 20 seconds, and Mercedes claims that when its closed the cars interior is one of the quietest in its class. The firm says it is possible to have a phone conversation at 125mph.

The soft-tops design also helps to give the car a Cd of 0.28, 0.4 points more than the coupé (the most aerodynamic production car in the world). But it does make the cabriolet the most aerodynamic convertible in its class. With the top closed, boot space is 390 litres, but this decreases to 300 litres with the roof stowed.

The car features a new kind of wind deflector called AirCap, which is designed to cut turbulence and retain warm air in the cabin. It consists of a six-inch deflector on the top of the windscreen that directs the airflow 20cm over the top of the car. It operates at up to 160mph and Mercedes claims it makes the cabriolet usable in cold climates with the top down. It does, however, increase the Cd figure and fuel consumption.

The engine range reflects the coupés, with a V6 and four-cylinder diesels, a V6 and four-cylinder petrols, and a V8 petrol. The car goes on sale in March.

Deborah Cox – Beautiful U R(Inpetto remix)

When one of dance musics leading exponents sings your praise people should take note. In a relatively short period of time siblings Marco and Dirk Duderstadt have built a name for themselves thats propel them to the forefront of the European house movement. Yet unlike many that have sold out to commercialism or believed their own hype, the boys from Dorsten, Germany, have never strayed far from their original blueprint, and its that level consistency that has made them a clear favourite amongst their peers, and elevated them to critical acclaim as producers, remixers and DJs.

Post production on a handful of releases the last few years has been widely acclaimed, including remixes for David Guetta with Angelo & Ingrosso Everytime We Touch, Andrea Doria & LXR The Beauty Of Silence, Moguai Beatbox, Who’s Who – Klack, Paul Van Dyk For An Angel, Meck So Strong and Armin van Buuren If You Should Go. Additionally they added a new twist to their own epochal recording, Tocas Miracle, in the process helping it return to the UK top 20 singles chart for an impressive third time.

Inpettos ever expanding discography will add a plethora of further mixes before we say farewell to 2009: They do amazing work with vocals thats why I asked them to remixed my new single Closer To The Sun, says Miami house don Robbie Rivera. I play a lot of Inpettos music as its always the right mixture of progressive house and tech house.

Add into the equation a hectic DJ itinerary thats recently featured six dates in Brazil, a trio in Australia, a Columbian tour with Tocadisco and Dirty South and the Czech Festival in St Petersburg with Pete Tong and Kaskade. Forthcoming dates include Robbie Riveras Juicy Night at Privilege in Ibiza among a long list of other festivals and events and its clear to see that 2009 is fast becoming Inpettos most successful year yet.

Kyoshi Neil Stolsmark & highlights of the 8th Annual Warrior Gasshuku part5

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Kyoshi Neil Stolsmark hosted the 8th Annual Warrior Gasshuku Karate and Kobudo training camp on June 11th – 14th, 2009 in beautiful southeastern Wisconsin, U.S.A.
Owner of Authentic Ancient Arts Karate and Kobudo School in Waukesha WI., Kyoshi Stolsmark once again assembled an unbelievable host of instructors from around the country. Hanshi Doug Perry, who just received a historic promotion to 9th dan made his fourth trip to our camp. Rounding out the headliners were Kyoshi Pat Haley, Kyoshi Jerry Taylor, Kyoshi CD Wiliamson, Sensei Blake Burgert, and Sensei Fred Lohse III.
Branch groups from Canada, New York, Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin came together in this gorgeous setting, to refine their traditional Shorin-ryu Shorinkan karate-do and Okinawan kobudo skills and take a serious approach and attention to the detail that is evident in our collective student body. This year we had fifty students grade for different levels of Black Belt- 15 in Karate and an unprecedented 35 move up in Kobudo.
There are many hours of training scheduled during the four days and three nights of the Gasshuku. You may train as much as you like; train in what interests you. Take advantage of your time, bring an empty cup and experience the wealth of knowledge being shared by all of the teachers. Assistant instructors are there to help you! Free time is scheduled for you to review and meet the instructors personally. Ask questions, make friends, and enjoy yourself. The camp also features: hiking, swimming (supervised by a lifeguard only), fishing, boats (for rent), basketball courts, mini golf, a castle to explore, and plenty of wide open space for training. If you are the rugged type, a tenting area is also available; you will need to bring your own tent. Families are welcome to enjoy a fabulous weekend of Budo.

His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama: Peace Through Compassion

In the remotest parts of Tibet, the American Himalayan Foundation has been working quietly as a lifeline for people who have no one else.

Over a dozen years AHF has built 33 schools where Tibetans learn in their own language, 24 bridges over dangerous rivers, and eight clean water systems for villages. They shelter elders whose poverty is shocking, support orphans, and build and maintain hospitals and clinics that care for thousands each year.

This year, AHF will help build two more schools with dorms and kitchens because nomad children live so widely scattered, a bridge that will free 3,000 villagers, and a clean water system so that 2,000 Tibetans wont have to spend hours gathering contaminated water from a river far away. Helping Tibetans has never been more urgent.

For more information about AHF and how you can help, please visit: http://himalayan-foundation.org

WE MUST UNITE. WE MUST STRIKE.

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

STRIKE NOVEMBER 2ND THRU 5TH.

DO IT FOR OUR NATION’S FUTURE.

DO IT FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD.

http://www.votestrike.com/

Individually we find that we are powerless against corporate media or Big Oil or Washington. Our choices are limited. Our effectiveness diminished. This is not by accident. Unions, social gatherings, clubs that all flourished before the 1960s have all been destroyed by those who find you & me to be a threat.
Without direct action, republican democracy is truly disempowering: our only means of influence are to beg the Very Serious And Important Intermediary – the congressman, the governor, the president, etc. – to do something on our behalf.
We all know how well that has worked out.
Today people will tell you that protest are ineffective. And they are. But real change does not come from the ballot box. Great social change like the eight hour work day, child labor laws, a woman’s right to vote, civil rights, etc., etc. all came about through blood & sweat & great effort.
The Establishment wants us to focus all of our energy on elections because elections are the controlled space whereby popular ferment can be contained by rules, regulations, etc. But there are many different methods of direct action – ie. taking matters into our own hands – that can wield a tremendous amount of power.
The only effective action left to take now in order to stop the gears and levers of this lemming-like perpetual motion machine of destruction is—to do nothing. That’s right, nothing. To go on strike.
It is one thing to endure abuses and to carry on in spite of them. It is quite another thing to carry on to the point of abetting the abuse. We need to move the discussion of our nation’s health to the emergency room. We need to tell the doctors of the body politic that the treatment isn’t working-and that until it changes radically for the better, neither are we.

It does not matter if we vote Democrat, Republican or Independent. We have seen Congress change power 3 times since 2000. Each time we were promised that the ways of old were over. We were told that the new party in power would return the power to the people and get rid of the status quo in Washington DC. We were promised solutions to the health care crisis, social security crisis, taxation, inflation and the deficit.
In fact these were the same problems we spoke about in the 1960s. They are still not fixed. WHY? Because the special interest, lobbyist and corporations have a strangle hold on our career politicians. The special interest, lobbyist, and corporations do not care which party is in power because there are enough career politicians in both parties willing to take their money and perks to look the other way.
Taking the day off, not buying anything. That part is easy. What’s the hard part? Spreading the word, getting the message out, reminding The People that they have the power to shut it down.
Yet what you need is not marches, demonstrations, rallies or wide associations; all of them are important. What you need is direct action. The sooner people understand that, the sooner we’ll begin to change things. –Arthur Scargill
General strikes shut down the normal operations of a city, state, or nation for a period of time. These strikes aim to force action on a single issue or broader set of concerns.
The General Strike is a national call to action, from citizens to other citizens.
It is not about a single issue. It is not an anti-war protest, a gas price protest, a civil rights protest, an election fraud protest. It is not about torture, surveillance, corporate media, or the environment.

peace brothers and sisters…
